About Kids Fundamentals

The Kids Fundamentals program teaches essential jiu jitsu techniques and practical self-defense in a fun, structured setting. Students learn basic positions, escapes, submissions, and self-defense strategies, helping them build confidence and resilience. Emphasizing discipline, respect, and teamwork, this program provides a solid foundation for students to progress in jiujitsu and stay safe.

Technical Mastery

Develop a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, including takedowns, escapes, and submissions.

Physical Fitness

Enhance strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through dynamic drills and challenging exercises.

Self-Confidence

Build unshakeable self-confidence through consistent training and skill development.
